Two New Cats

Leafstar padded to the top of High Branch her eyes wary and tired from the endless hunting and battle training she had been doing, and she was horrified with the mentors because they hadn't even been taking their apprentices out for battle training or hunting. On top of that Windsflash an d Blossomfall had disappeared., rumors about it were flying around the camp and spreading like wild fire. It ranged from that they had been captured by DriftingClan to lead them to the MoonGlade to that they had secretly become mates, and that since they were afraid that they could be found out they ran away before Blossomfall kitted. The second was outrageous. One because Leafstar had never seen them giving each other even a second glance and also because they had no reason to hide being mates unless there was a jealous sister or brother involved...She trailed off in her thoughts before she realized why she had gone up there. 

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey join for a clan meeting beneath High Branch!" She called loudly and the clan gathered. "First we have two new cats, please welcome Featherpaw and Cederkit." She smiled at the two newest cats. 

"Featherpaw's mentor will be Larkfeather." She flicked her tail to the newly named warrior. 

"Next, Windsflash and Blossomfall are still missing!" The clan muttered the rumors that they believed. "Regardless of weather or not you think they want to be found or not we need to be on the look out for them!" She called and the cats all nodded to her.  

"Next I want Honeyblaze to organize some patrols, two hunting and two border. Any mentor who isn't called for one take your apprentice out for battle training, if you are called bring your apprentice with you. That is all! Clan dismissed!" She leaped down and her clan started to do what needed to be done.
